Ashlin's 1st Halloween Party

Daddy took Ashlin to her 1st Halloween Party where they met up with "Uncle Sam," uhhhhh...actually I mean "Uncle John," posing as Uncle Sam. It was a fun night with music and food. Thatcher also joined in on the festivities.

Having fun at the Lemon Festival in Goleta!!

One Happy Baby!

Birthday!

Yes, another year under my belt. I had a really fun and relaxing birthday. On Sat. Kevin and I babysat Thatcher and Porter overnight so my sister could go fox hunting with my Mom. We even managed to take all 3 kids to church the next morning. For my birthday I had a massage, pedicure and manicure and putted around. On Sunday, my sister cooked a fabulous turkey dinner at my Gram's house. It was a really fun day!

Pumpkin Patch!

We had an incredibly fun day with Ashlin at the Pumpkin Patch. I think Kevin words it best when he said how fun it was to have a baby because now we can do all of the fun kiddie activities and fit right in!

Santa Barbara Sunset

Kevin and I loaded up Ashlin and Louie and headed to the beach to catch the most amazing sunset. My sister, Aimee and her kids also joined us. It was picture perfect and then to top it all of a family of dolphins swam right in front of us!! I wish we could have had all of our friends and family there to enjoy it.

Happy Birthday Mary Lou!!

We had the best time with these guys!! An incredible dinner and of course incredible wine served at the Santa Ynez Valley Inn. Ashlin had a play date at Karen and Fritz's house. We were served a five course meal paired with the featured wine by Kenneth Volk Vineyards. Kenneth Volk was at the dinner to describe every different bottle we were drinking (and of course it was all you can drink). How fun! It was a great time to have a night out with adults and especially with Mary Lou and Les. Happy Birthday Mary Lou!!!

Baby Bear

Ashlin already loves the water. She likes bath time or laying in the shower. If this hot weather continues she will be in a bikini in the pool before no time.

Strollin with the Weiner Dogs

So of course I forgot to mention earlier that not only does Ashlin love the stroller rides but so does Louie!! He actually runs and jumps in the carrier of the stroller when he thinks that we are going out, it is really cute! Here is a photo of Louie and Pica enjoying the ride. I added in some photos of Louie when he was a little pupppy!

Ashlin & "Tia" Aimee

So, I am "Auntie" to my niece and nephew. My sister, Aimee is going to be "Tia", which is Auntie in Spanish. Ashlin smiles and coos to her and enjoys spending a lot of quality time with her Tia and cousins. I am so blessed to have such an incredible baby.

Say Cheese!!!

Ashlin's 1st Carousel Ride

Ashlin, and Cousins Thatcher & Porter enjoyed a fun day cruising around Chase Palm Park and riding the Carousel.

A Stroll along the Breakwater

Staying busy with Ashlin has been a blast!! This baby is pretty much happy doing any activity. This particular day was spent at the breakwater and the SB Wharf. We strolled around and ate lunch out.

Ashlin's 1st Trip to the Zoo!!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

We celebrated Kevin's Birthday at the new house. We were fortunate enough to be surrounded by all of our closest friends and family.

Welcome ASHLIN RAE GOODWIN

WELCOME ASHLIN RAE GOODWIN. Born 8 pounds 7 ounces, 20 inches long at 13:14 (1:14pm). It was perfect timing, everyone was in town (staying at our house) to celebrate Fiesta. After watching the parade (Kevin rode in it) on Friday the contractions started that night -so we knew she was coming. The next day was very relaxing, we went to lunch at the De La Guerra El Mercado and relaxed by the pool as the contractions starting getting closer and closer. Finally around 6pm Saturday night we went to the hospital. Ashiln was born the next day with a very uncomplicated easier delivery. It couldn't have been planned any better.
