Ashlin and Papa

Ashlin spends every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon with Papa while I am working at the barn. He (with Allison's help if she is around) really does a great job with her. They walk all around the property, pet the horses, play in the backyard and just have fun together - he is always amazed at how quickly she catches on to things. Yesterday he showed her how to kick the soccer ball - she loved kicking and chasing it around the yard.

WARM & BEAUTIFUL on VALENTINE'S DAY

It was such a warm and beautiful day. We started it by taking Ashlin and Louie to a school to play on the playground. Then we layed by the pool in the afternoon - it was so warm and beautiful out-everything is green and blooming. Kevin and I had a romantic 4 course dinner at Element's restuarant. Kevin ate his first "Frio Gras" - duck liver and liked it! It was a great day together.

Superbowl FUN 2010

We had another great weekend in San Luis staying with Nana Lou and Paper Bear. Ashlin loves to say "Papa Papa" - super cute! Mary Lou of course cooked up some wonderful food - home made jelly donuts. We also enjoyed the big game - lots of kids and friends came over Sunday afternoon to celebrate and eat, it was really fun. Ashlin loved the ballons.
