Merry Christmas 2009

What a wonderful Christmas we had this year. We stayed at Nana Lou and Papa Bear's house (Ashlin loves yelling "Papa Papa Papa")a few extra days and made good use of the time by relaxing, playing with Ashlin and visiting with family. We had a great Christmas day - so mellow. Ashlin loves opening gifts and did a great job of getting all the paper off all of her gifts, her big gift was a 3 story dollhouse from Nana Lou and Papa Bear. Les and Kevin spent all morning putting it together, it is super cute! We spent all day in our pj's, lucky the no make up look didn't scare off too many people - it was a wonderful! Thank you everyone for making it such a fun time.

Montana

What a super fun trip!! Montana was picture perfect, the snow covered trees and mountains were beautiful! It was a great way to get us in the spirit of Christmas. Of course it was great playing with Aimee, Stacy and the kids - they are all so good to Ashlin. Especially Porter - she loves her baby Ashlin and even has a baby doll named Ashlin. Aimee your cooking is amazing, thanks for taking such great care of us! It was wonderful to relax, sleep in and eat such wonderful food! Love you guys!!

It's Christmas Time!

ThanksGiving

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving with The Justus Family (Aunt Colette, Uncle Lonn, Krista, Josh & Candice and kids) also my Grandma Vie and Uncle Reade from Washington joined us. The food was so good! The weather was great, a super fun easy going afternoon!

Happy Halloween!!

The photo below is from this year, the 2nd photo is exactly one year ago when Ashlin was just 3 months old - WOW she has always been happy! Thank Goodness!!



Super Fun Halloween. Besides spending all weekend at a horse show we able to also get some Halloween Fun included. We collected candy trick or treating and also went to a party. Ashlin loved everything and was great (of course)! Ashlin also competed in her FIRST HORSE SHOW, she loves riding!

Such a beautiful today - a perfect 77 degrees. We look a hike and had some fun in the back country then went out to lunch. A perfect day together.

A Huge Thank YOU!

Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" everyone for the super sweet birthday wishes. The phone calls, cards, emails, texts, facebook comments, ecards and packages seem to come from everywhere. I recieved about 25 calls alone yesterday. All the way from Germany to Montana to Southern Cali to Fresno to San Fran and back to SB, everyone was so wonderful... LOVED IT! We are celebrating (again) tonight with a birthday dinner at my parent's house.

Constructing the PLAYSET

Four very handsome and strong men spent Sunday building a huge playset for the kids. Everyone got in on the action. Kevin, Corey, Les and even Mark all flexed their muscles to get the playset up - it looks beautiful and the kids love it already!

Weekend Fun!! - Pumpkin Patches, Bounce Houses and Birthday Party

WOW! What a GREAT weekend!! Corey, Ellen and Kids came into town early on Friday so we made use of the day and had so much fun at the "Interactive Pumpkin Patch" where there were a ton of bounce houses and slides. That night they made dinner which was awesome (you guys can stay anytime). Saturday we went to Lane Farms Pumpkin Patch where there was animals, hay rides, pumpkins, gardens and lots of kids. Kevin played super husband and took care of getting everything really for the party- what a great guy...I am sooooo lucky! So it was really easy for me, just show up. The party was perfect, about 50 people came - I was able to visit with everyone and really relax and enjoy it. The food was so good and the BAND was so awesome, they keep it rockin with classic rock. It really was the most wonderful birthday I could had ever asked for. Kevin and Ashlin also surprised me with the most beautiful diamond ring-I was really surprised. It really makes me appreciate how lucky I am. Thanks everyone for making it so special! I love you all!!
