Holiday Disneyland Magic

Magical day at Disneyland.  We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and took advantage of the magic hour, getting in the park at 730am instead of 8am when everyone else is let in. It was so much fun. The kids and Kevin logged 17 hours and around 16 miles of walking.

Salvation Army Volunteers

Ashlin, myself and Cornelia  have been volunteering for the Salvation Army as bell ringers. Cornelia is so patient and kind.
 

LOOK AT OUR TWO BLACK BELTS

Ashlin and Westin BOTH earned their black belts last weekend.  It was a very difficult 2 hour test. Both kids have been training for this for over 9 years. They learn how to handle weapons, defend themselves, take downs, strikes, kicks, spar, board brake and rolls. It was so impressive watching them, we are very proud!
 

Huntington Beach West Palms Horse Show

 Ashlin had another amazing horse show in Huntington Beach right before Halloween. She showed several horses and had big wins on all. She also was the handler for a little client, they dressed up as cheetahs.

Savannah, Georgia

Thomas Weis Haus Bed and Breakfast built 1884

 

It was an amazing birthday. We traveled to Savannah, Georgia and stayed at a beautiful bed and breakfast.  Every morning was a tasty two course meal on fine china and fresh squeezed orange juice. We went on lots of tours including Savannah for Morons - a comedy tour, taking us around all the historical sites, it was a lot of fun. We did an evening haunted mansion and gravestones tour, Savannah is considered the most haunted city in all of America. We also did a 3 hour dessert tour, it was so much so yummy. Ashlin and I had a spa day while Kevin and Westin took the lunch tour on the Georgia Queen ferry boat.
