First Day of School

Ashlin had her first day of school today at Little Angels Preschool, she is a butterfly. Last year she was a bumble bee. She asked me the other day why she wasn't a caterpillar before she was a butterfly - smart girl! She was very excited for school, running to the class room and then running back to me because she forgot to give me a hug and kiss goodbye, then back to the class room - so cute! No separation issues for this kid!

Riding Molly

Riding Molly. We took a relaxing watch on the beach then headed over to the stables to let the kids ride. Molly is such an excellent, sweet little pony. She is super safe and lets the kids do whatever they like. Ashlin led Westin around and around the ring.

Zoo Camper - Ashlin Rae

Ashlin has spent the last week at ZOO CAMP, she is in the Fox Group. She loves it! They feed the animals, make the animal's food, do crafts, ride the train and gets to see behind the scenes. The camp is 9am-2pm and every day she asks to stay longer. It has been a great experience. On the first day of camp, at the drop off there were lots of kids crying and not wanting to leave their parents. Ashlin was so excited to be there, she had no problem leaving me - I was very proud of her! She waved and blew me a kiss good bye - so cute!

Little Swimmer

Ashlin started swim lessons 5 weeks ago. She is doing amazingly well. She takes a private 30 minute lesson two times per week. She has her little swim goggles and swim cap. Westin stays with my Father while Ashlin and I go to her lesson, it is special time for her and I. I dont take my phone so both eyes on her the whole time -she loves it. The swim school has an indoor and outdoor pool so we will keep it going even in the winter and fall. She has been practicing putting her face in the water with big arms and kicking forward - no dog paddle. Lots of safetly stuff, her instructor will push her in and she has to swim to the edge and pull herself out of the pool. I am really liking the swim school.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WESTIN - 2 Yrs Old

Happy Birthday Westin Dean! 2 years old today! You are an amazing, playful little boy. Super happy and fun. We love you!

Fiesta 2012

Fiesta 2012 - Ashlin rode in a horse drawn carriage with my Mother and Grandmother. Westin loved watching it! Super fun.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHLIN - 4 Yrs Old

Happy Birthday Ashlin! Today you are 4 years old! You were in the fiesta parade with Nanna and Gram Cracker today and were great. You waved, blew kisses and shouted "viva la fiesta" to the crowd - everyone loved you! You are a fun loving, happy, super sister- we are so lucky for you! You and I made mini cupcakes for your class - blue, of course, your favorite color. You were very proud of yourself.
