Lots of Eating...

Ashlin loves to help in the kitchen. Whether it is beating eggs, mixing cake or (like we did today) making home made pizza, Ashlin loves to be involved. She is an excellent eater. Breakfast (eggs, toast, sausage & banana) Lunch (turkey & cheese sandwich, strawberries) Dinner (chicken, mac'n'cheese & broccoli). Westin is excited to start food. He loves sweet potatoes, but has also enjoyed pears, apples and bananas. His hair looks orange for some reason int these photos, but have no worries it is blonde and getting blonder everyday!

While Momma is away the kids will PLAY!

I took a client horse shopping this past weekend in Thermal (past Palm Springs) while Kevin stayed home with the kids. My trip was successful; we found one horse we really liked - he was shipped to the barn on Monday. Now we have a few days with him at home before he will be given a pre-purchase exam by the vet, then the negotiations begin. It was also a great weekend for Kevin and the kids, they spent much time playing with the train set. They were especially creative with using logos to make a double decker train track! Westin is getting so big - he is so close to crawling. He brings his knees up under him and rocks back and forth like he is getting ready to take off. He smiles and laughs a lot.

Vegas BABY!! (with family)

We had a great trip to Vegas with the family last week. We were offered a client's timeshare at the last minute and took it! The room was beautiful with a huge bedroom, separate living room and kitchen and soaking tub (that everyone enjoyed)! It was a great time together!!

Westin is 6 Months Old!!

Westin is 6 months old. He weighs in at 18 pounds (60th percentile) and is 28 1/2 inches tall (50th percentile). Take note of his Packers outfit, this was taken on Superbowl Sunday...when the Packer's won.

Beach Time!

Thatcher (5), Porter (3), Ashlin (2) and Westin (6 months) were great little models for me while I took photos of them. The beach was so much fun. The kids ran around playing and playing and playing. It was great to sit back enjoy them having fun with each other.

It was a beautiful day to spend outside. I took the kids to the park and they had great fun on the swings together.

Holding His Own (bottle)- Westin Dean

Westin is almost 6 months old and 18 pounds. He also has 2 teeth on the bottom. He is moving around on his tummy and sleeping well. He is very vocal. His hair is getting lighter and lighter everyday. He is an amazing little boy - loves to be held and sang to!
