Birthday Party

Ashlin really loves attending all the birthday parties, this was a "boy's" birthday with a full snake show. She volunteered to hold both the little corn snake and the huge snake. I was very proud of her!

Park Fun

The weather was so fabulous today, I took the kids to the park then they spent the afternoon at the beach with Kevin. A perfect 72 degrees!

Westin's 1st Swim Lesson

Westin had his 1st swim lesson. I am so proud of him! His swim teacher came over to him and introduced herself, Westin took her hand, stood like stone for a moment then said "bye bye Mama" and off he went into the pool. For the last several months he has been on the side lines watching Ashlin have her swim lessons. Both kids get to have a private swim lesson with separate teachers at the same time once per week. The pool is heated and in doors which makes it a wondeful.

New Year's Day

We went to the beach at sunset for a New Year's Day walk. It was beautiful and little chilly. The tide was super low. The kids loved it!

Christmas at my parent's house with The Pier Family and The Blankenship Family! The kids always have such a great time playing together.

Christmas 2012 at Nana Lou's and Papa Les's House

We had a wonderful Christmas which included great meals, a nice church service, lots of presents and quality time spent together.

Girl TIME at the Nail Salon

Ashlin and I had a fun day having "girl time". We got our nails done. Her color choice: light pink with dark pink hearts. She was so good, sitting there watching the lady make every stroke. Then we went shopping!
