It was a beautiful day for a walk. Nana Lou (Mary Lou) myself, baby Ashlin and Louie had a really nice long walk along the beach. It is my usual run route, from Shoreline Park to East Beach (about 5 miles). It was wonderful to have Nana Lou to chat with. Les and Mary Lou are staying at our house for an extended weekend - we have missed them. Mary Lou has been so great with Ashlin; watching her while I have been at work. Thanks Mary Lou - you are soooo great!

We so wish we were there with you ladies!! Looks like a blast. We miss our walks almost as much as we miss just hanging out with you.
