Rhodes (Greece) and Santorini (Greece)

The last 2 days were spent in Rhodes, Greece and Santorini, Greece. Rhodes has a little town inside a castle wall, tiny little streets with shops popping out of every corner. It was hot, but there was lots of cafes and shade. Kevin enjoyed resting on a bench taking in the view while I did some shopping. The beach was beautiful, there was even a stair case to climb and jump off in the ocean. Santorini was breath taking. The city is perched on top of a very high cliff, I rode a mule up the 600 steps to get to the top. Kevin ran the stairs (of course). The mules were amazing, so well tempered and just picked their side and walked slowly to the top. We rode a scooter around the city, taking in the beautiful views. The little white buildings and blue roofs were straight out of a picture – we really enjoyed the day!
